USING YOUR INNER EYES

Our eyes are meant to see things on the natural sense but also God almighty want us to be able to see beyond the natural and see the impossible.To be able to able to see further we have to faith in God and put our faith into action.We activate our inner eyes of faith by through means
1,by speaking out the words of faith
2,by acting out the path of faith.
The God kinds of faith speak, so you need to speak faith into your world.God in his uppermost power operate his power by speaking out word of faith.If you do not speak/act the words,we give God/Jesus nothing to work/act upon faith come by hearing and speaking.
Faith is a process,when you spoke it,the faith is already in motion.The moment we speak the miracle begin.The problem with people is that the moment we speak the word and did not see results we as human beings give up on our Goals.We should believe in the God power to bring success into our prayer and dreams.When we doubt God and complaint about not answer our prayer and dream we are allow lack of faith deprive us of our possession.We should not use our mouth to retrieve the word/act of faith.The wind and storm make us to doubt the faith of God.God want us to challenges our doubt by trusting his promises to us and to keep believing and not revise/retrieve our confession until we see the results.
On a personal note l have seen the power of using our inner eyes through faith see things get done in my life one simple example was on Saturday July 25,2009.My kitchen sink and washing machine equipment has damage and not working for a week.l already complain to the housing agent but never receive any reply.l already decided to call in a private repair man to come and fix in the coming week.by on Saturday l went to shop to buy stuffs on my way was a Repaiing van,written on it was kitchen and house repair something tell me to approached the man about if he can help in fixing my damaged stuffs,he told me he does not know how to do repair and that l should come back in few hours time by that time the repair man will be around,then l left.l later went to meet the repair man but he told me he can not do it because he did not came with his work tools so he cannot help,l took his decision and left.Around an hour l heard my door bell rang and there l saw the repair man and a woman who show him my house,he told me, let me check your damaged stuffs,he checked and help me in fixing without taking any wages,l promise to pay but he say no.the important lesson in this story is that we should exercise our faith by speaking and acting it and also God will take control.even when the situation say no God has a way of working behind the door if that gifts,success,promotion and breakthrough is truly for us.

1-Concentrating on your existing consumers.when times are tough,they are more valuable than ever.the environment may not be finiancial tough but you need to make sure that good and potential customers are well care for.
2-Review your cicumstances.review and check your business vision now and make sure they still hold water in the present circumstances..check your credit facilities and also assest and make sure they are still valuable.
3-Cutting costs.you may have to trim your fat expenses or switch to less expensive cot cutting facilities.check and look at way of reduce cost on the company travel costs,enegy costs e.t.cand also you can save money as well.
4-Adapt and increase.

WHAT CHRISTIAN WOMAN WANT IN A MAN-LEADERSHIP AND SUBMISSION

A woman wants a man to know who he is,know where he is going and to know how he is going to get there. she wants a man with confidence in himself in her and their relationships. she wants him to lead her and her children with kindness and understanding,she wants him to be firm,yet gentle. she wants him to consult the lord and her before any major decision is made in sure that he makes the right decision at all times.
The question for our wife/woman is not who can find him?but how can l as his wife help him to become this leader.We should know that only our lord Jesus Christ is the only master potter can mold each of us into design he want and make every lid fit perfectly with everypot. To have a perfect fit we(husband and wife) must let him work his plan.
The question again is that can we allow him work is power in us.Do we erect barriers that prevent his plan from transforming our marriage relationships into God design. our quest for power often causes power struggles in our marriages.
We should understand that we has a couple can only operate/perform in this beautiful God plan for our marriage if we can do this two important acts recognise by God

LEADERSHIP/LOVE.
Man, the bible say you should love your wife as the lord christ love the church. The lord Jesus christ is the head of the church and also he love the church as himself. In order to be a leader,you must have someone to lead.A woman want her husband to lead;however we must remember that it is our responsibility to submit to his leadership.
SUBMISSION.
Submission is one of the most difficult actions you will ever undertake as a christian woman. It is a difficult task if not done under God empowerment.
True submission occurs when you follow your spiritual authority lead even when every fiber in you feel its the wrong path to take.
Five things that will help the wife in submitting.
1-Respect him-show honor and reverence to him in your home and to his friends and family.
2-Acknowledge his calling as the high priest of the home.
3-Praise/Bless him. Men needs praise just as often as women needs it.Also let us try to bless our husband everyday before he leaves our home.The power of the blessing provides a blanket of protection and favour.
4-Listen to him. Do not be the mouth of the body when God is calling you to be the ear and heart of the body.
5-Be his helpmate.Do not complete with your husband, learn to complement him.
In conclusion we should come to our senses and realise that perfection is attained in the world to come not in this life. ln this world we must walk by the law of God word and by the grace of his cross.

God almighty in his loving kindness created the World in by his creative power and he also gives us Godly principles to live by.We need to follow this acts to successful in life.
1-Decide what you want.we need to decide firstly what we love to do and pray about it then follow through.you need to have a goal you are willing to devote and commit your passion into.
2-Write it on paper.By writing our goals and plans on paper give us a sense of belong to that dream.Goals on head may not last the storm of life.
3-Establish a time frame.Time management is very human to successful man.,without a definte deadline procrastination can creep in.
4-Convert your list to a plan.The main purpose of doing this is to simplify your plans.To know what to do first,second,third and so fort.
5- Follow through-The plan need to act upon immediately.act on your opportunity.do something everyday to get move.you need to arrange your schedule to meet your need.You need to contact your clients and intensify all necessary contacts

Welcome to New Month

l took a few week off because l lost my mom to cancer on May 5,2009.It quite had but thank God for his comfort.

We always complain of what we do not have and blindly not recognise all skills and gifts God had bless us with.If only we can look inward to our self we will see that which we are bless with.Until we started using what we got we may lose them.God will only give us what we have ability to handle. if we did not get the same talents as our friends,do not be worry or jealous just use what you have been bless with.

Problems and challenges are made to strengthen and empower us. Life are full of various challenges and mankind experience problem almost everyday of their life. There is no human being who can omit themselves out of challenges.
We all aspire to be the best and improve on our task. this aspiration bring in responsibility into our life. For us to be responsible for our life there come certain time to face problem and challenges that are meant to be solve. The question is that are you ready to assume responsibility for your life? do you want that promotion? are you ready for that home/house or are you ready to be marriage. Answer to all this questions come with a price to be paid. in the bible, John 5-6 Jesus was asking a man incapacitated for 38 years that `Do you want to be made well. Jesus Christ asked this question to direct the man thinking along the reward as the price. When God asks us a question and we give him answer, he want us to know that there is always a price/responsibility to our answer. Asking for a solution often means new challenges to face and overcome. Challenges come in various stages of our life. As a young boy selling fruits to have pocket money for sport or drama lesson,that skills gave him responsibility for face his challenges moreso as a adult working in the office all day to provide for his family bring it own responsibility and it reward.As a parent, the challenges of seeing your children attaining success in the life is the responsibility you should be prepare to make. You need to put in energy into their school work,sport day, clothing and shelter. Love them and pay them attention.
The CEO of a company that want his firm to be successful in their environment need the cooperation of his subordinate staff to face challenges and pay the price for success.
There is always a price to be pay to attaining the reward of success.There is a principle l referred to as Bright Crown = Heavy Cross. Before you can see the reward bright crown there is heavy cross you and me need to carry.
We need to recognizing that life is not one big race but succession of short ones. Everyday has it own task, for us to be successful we must keep plugging away everything we faced challenges.
There was the story about Columbus when he faced difficulties while sailing west in search of a passage to Asia. Columbus encountered storms, experience hunger, deprivation and discouragement. His crews of his ships were mutiny but Columbus recalled of the journey says today that they sailed on their perseverance paid off, Columbus and his crew did not only discover a fast route to the spice rich indies, instead he found new continents. The scriptural key to success is running our race each day.
We need to have to carry our cross everyday. one important lesson to know in facing our challenges is not to quit because quitter are never a winners. To quit mean you are not prepare for the responsibility that bring in success as reward.We need to on our way to Glory turn our adversity into our advancement.
Advancement did not actually mean speed but moving ahead at the appropriate level. There is no short cut in achieving advancement but moving at the pace God almighty has programme you and l.
People today were obsessed with speed but our God is still more interested in strenght and stability. We want the quick fix but there is not short cut in the act of God. Perservance lead to success. Persevance on our challenges is like investment,it means you are ready to bind yourself emotionally,intellectually,physically and spiritually to the challenges,task,purpose until it has been completed and you get the rewards. Ready for the responsibility for the great reward is to invest in yourself.Perservance is total commitment to your responsibility.

Most things we know we learned them from someone else this includes via books, music, conversation, others comes through revelations and thinking our thought through.
We usually heard that there is no new thing under the sun. Some stuff we clain credit for it may be new to us but it is not new.
l believe ideas come from God almighty who made the heaven and earth. The creation of the universe was his idea in the first place and because human are his creation he created us with the ability to birth ideas
Thomas edison one of the Greatest creative genius of this world has this to say about ideas`l absorb ideas wherever l can and put them to practical use then l improve them until they become of some value. my ideas are mostly the ideas of others people who didnot develop them themselves.God want us to develop our ideas because when he gave us it to us he knew those ideas can bring out life.
For us to be able to develop our ideas and utilize them for greater results this facts need to be learn.

3, Teachable.

Stayed open. This mean you are ready to learn both old and new thing alike and get the right information. You must be willing to relax and ready for new information, avenve and more facts.
Just because you knew it before does not mean you cannot be open to new views. Closing door to ideas and people who have new idea or view mean you are guilty of openness of avaliabilty to new information. Pride something make us think we know it all. There is no crime staying open for new idea but caution have to be put in place and aviod unnessary and negative facts whose can damage our sound minds.
Hungry for Knowledge. knowledge is gaining an insight to an issue or event. knowledge only come through neccessary and adequate searching for information. Knowledge is very vital for understanding and wisdom. Without proper knowledge about a subject mistake are bound to be make. knowledge is neccessary to ideas. When the ideas come or surface the ability to make or hungry for more knowledge open you to more success which will seperate you from others and will eventually bring success. In the story of Thomas edison, we can see that he study ideas and develop them this seperate him from others who might have the same idea before him.
The ability to study and develop knowledge bought him success in his creation of electricity.Hungry for knowledge is a neccessary and vital part in develop idea into success.Ideas develop gives us knowledge.
Teachable. To succeed in your idea you must be teachable. Teachable is the ability to be able to learn new thing and old things alike. You must be prepare to learn from unpalatable source. You must be able to have a humble spirit to learn,you need to respect the source of the information. pride bring ego and ego bring complacement which prevent you from learning.
To know whether you are teachable you need to ask yourself this questions.(The word of today, December 5, 2008)

GETTING PRIORITIES RIGHT IS VITAL FOR YOUR SUCCESS.SUCCESSFUL PEOPLE KNOW HOW TO MAKE PRIORITIES AND FOLLOW IT THROUGH CONSISTENTLY.THE ABILITY IN FOLLOWING THROUGH TO COMPLETION IS NECCESSARY.HAZZARDLY PLAN OF PRIORITIES ONLY LEAD TO HEADACHE.TAKING SET PRINCIPLES OF PRIORITIES BRING YOU TO YOUR PROMISED LAND.PROPERLY SET PRIORITIES WILL HELP YOU TO SEPARATE THE MAIN FUNDAMENTALS FROM THE TRIVIALS OF LIFE.PRIORITIES HELP YOU FOCUS AND DO AWAY WITH UNNECCESARY DISTRACTIONS.PRIORITIES HELP YOU ARRANGE YOUR TIME EFFECTIVELY AND REMOVE THE GUILT OF DOING ALL.

3-KNOW HOW YOU SHOULD GO IN ARRIVING AT YOUR GOALS,THIS WILL INCLUDE, THE TIME YOU WILL SPEND ON EACH TASKS,THE SACRIFICE YOU NEED TO MAKE,AND ALWAYS THE RESULTS/RETURN/REWARD YOU ARE EXPECTING.

WELCOME TO YEAR 2009.AS WE COME INTO THE YEAR AND FOCUS ON OUR OBJECTIVES,I WILL LIKE US TO PAY OUR ATTENSION ON WHAT BRING IN SUCCESS.WE NEED TO KNOW HOW SUCCESSFUL PEOPLE THINKS.
SUCCESSFUL PEOPLE ARE DIFFERENT TO OTHERS BECAUSE THEY ARE POSITIVE AND BELIEVE IN GOD AND THE WISDOM HE HAS GIVEN THEM. THEY ALSO THINK ABOUT WHAT THEY WANT AND HOW TO GET THEIR GOALS.THEY PLAN AND ARE COMMITMENTED TO THEIR VISION, THEY KNOW IT WILL NOT COME ON A PLAFORM OF GOLD BUT ARE COMMITMENTED TO THE END. UNSUCCESSFUL PEOPLE ON THE OTHER END SHOOT AMISS, THEY THINK AND TALK ABOUT THEIR GOALS BUT NEVER TAKE NECESSARY AND DECIDING STEPS IN SUCCEEDING.THEY WORRY MUCH ABOUT THE FEAR AND OBSCTACLES ON THE PATH.AND BECAUSE THEY DO NOT HAVE A CLEAR GOALS AND BY THIS USE THEIR ENERNY ANYHOW AND MAY NOT RESULT IN THEIR DESIRE OUTCOME.
